Senior Quantity Surveyor (6-Month Contract) Location: hybrid – flexible to consider most locations nationwide Salary: Competitive: Contract Type: Full time, 6 month contract Typical Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday (or equivalent) Due to the creation of a new business unit at Ground Control, we are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a 6-month contract. This is a key commercial role, responsible for overseeing large-scale landscape construction projects within a designated region, ensuring strong financial performance and successful project delivery. What you’ll do;: As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a critical role in driving profitability and maintaining robust commercial control across multiple projects. Working closely with Project Managers and the wider commercial team, you will ensure accurate reporting, effective cost management, and contractual compliance.
