The Client Solutions team is responsible for driving campaign success and client growth, working closely with the Brand Partnerships team to deliver a first-class service to clients. The team partners with leading agencies and brands across Europe to educate, inform, and support them as TikTok continues to evolve as a key advertising platform. This role will focus on the QSR and Tech verticals, supporting local and international clients across different stages of maturity and helping them scale their investment, improve performance, and unlock the full value of TikTok. Responsibilities: - Build and progressively grow client portfolios by identifying and securing win-win business opportunities across the sales cycle, including acquisition, retention, and upsell. - Execute effectively against KPI metrics, targets, goals, and strategic objectives set by the management team. - Educate clients and agencies on TikTok products, company updates, platform best practices, and relevant solutions for their business needs. - Collaborate with a diverse group of internal cross-functional teams to identify, create, and implement creative ad solutions focused on measurable business results for clie...
