As a Security Dual Rate Supervisor, you'll seamlessly transition between acting as a Security Officer and stepping up as a Security Supervisor—based on departmental staffing needs and operational priorities. This exciting opportunity typically includes at least two days per week in a supervisory capacity, guiding your team and ensuring top-notch security standards, while spending three days per week in a Security Officer role, actively contributing to the safety and integrity of the property. SECURITY SUPERVISOR FUNCTIONS: - Will work primarily in Parking Garage. - Assists Shift Manager in accomplishing departmental goals and objectives. - Coordinates all Security activity on an assigned shift. - Monitors incident reports ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
