Management Accountant Department: Finance: Employment Type: Permanent: Location: The Hague, Netherlands: Reporting To: Financial Controller: Description: The Management Accountant is responsible for analysing financial data, preparing reports, and supporting strategic decision-making across the business. This role involves monitoring financial performance and reporting on actuals, budgeting and forecasting to ensure alignment with business objectives. The Management Accountant works closely with operational teams and senior leaders to provide insights, improve cost efficiency, and maintain financial compliance. Working from our Netherlands offices in either Leiden or Amsterdam, this role forms part of our collaborative global Management Accounting team, with the Management Accountants holding full accountability for the financial oversight of their assigned subsidiaries. This includes ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all incoming and outgoing transactions related to their subsidiary, in close coordination with colleagues across Finance, HR, Operations, and Contracts to name a few.
