As we continue to grow we are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and dedicated Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team. Experience in providing support at home is highly desired , as it allows you to make a meaningful impact on patients’ lives in their own environment. What We’re Looking For: - Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse - Experience in support at home is highly desirable - Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with demonstrated capability in community or aged care settings - Strong experience in wound care, catheter care, and complex case management - Proven clinical leadership and mentoring skills - A current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle - Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain - Unrestricted work rights in Australia - Excellent communication and documentation skills - Commitment to best practice, holistic care, and continuous improvement - Must be available to work 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to unde...
