We are a full-service distributor of Generac equipment and solutions providing sales, service and rentals. The Service Coordinator II position will be responsible for creating jobs, answering incoming service calls, tracking jobs and completions, invoicing, contract setup, and managing overall administrative workflow for the Service Department. These functions require electronic management of service jobs using company business systems. In addition, this position requires supporting other personnel as needed. This position will report to one of the service operations managers.
