Responsibilities: Under minimal direction and supervision, the Senior Application Analyst (HRIS) will oversee the design, development, testing, training, and support of Infor Lawson HR modules (GHR, TA, PM, ES, and MS). This role requires independent judgment and discretion in maintaining and enhancing the system while providing day-to-day support. Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to identify and address system issues, implement upgrades, and provide technical support and training to end-users.
