ReedHycalog is currently hiring for a Drilling Solutions Engineer in Odessa, TX! The engineer will be helping to coordinate the field testing of new products and components. They will gather the information from runs and validate the testing. They will also oversee recommendations for future changes and iterations. Primary Responsibilities: Customer Service: - Maintain good working relationship with all customer accounts personnel, including office and field teams, and attend to their requirements or requests efficiently and diligently to ensure that the customers receive the highest level of customer service from all areas of the organization. - Deliver technology presentations and training sessions with the customer when necessary. - Customer visits, client offices, field site support, intercompany travel as required throughout the assigned area. - Monitor customer issues, feedback, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure customer issues are handled effectively and quickly, adapting, improving, and communicating internal processes where necessary. - Assurance of timely, complete, and accurate invoicing, according to NOV and local customer legal requirements.
