Essential Functions · Generic Responsibilities · Set up machines, tools, and equipment; adjust settings to meet operational requirements. · Assist senior technicians with repairs, including emergency breakdowns and timely troubleshooting · Conduct routine checks and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems. · Perform diagnostic tests using specialized tools to identify malfunctions or inefficiencies. · Identify wear, damage, or potential failure points and take corrective action. · Maintain tools and equipment in clean, organized, and ready-to-use condition. · Use hand and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks. · Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities and report equipment issues or safety hazards. · Prepare tools, equipment, and work areas for inspections, audits, or regulatory reviews. · Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to guide work tasks. · Comply with all safety protocols and operational standards, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to maintain a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment. · Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, and skid steers · Perform other...
