Description Markon is seeking a IT Project Manager / Requirements Business Analyst supporting our Virginia Customer in Herndon, VA. This role works closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives and support successful delivery within an agile environment. Responsibilities: Business Requirements Gathering: - Engage with business stakeholders to understand objectives, processes, and functional needs. - Conduct interviews, workshops, and analysis sessions to elicit detailed requirements. - Document current and future state workflows, business rules, and process gaps. Requirements Analysis & Documentation: - Analyze, validate, and prioritize business requirements for feasibility and alignment. - Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting artifacts. - Maintain clear and organized documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
