About the Role As Finance Manager, you play a key role in ensuring financial oversight, compliance alignment, and effective coordination across the Business Unit. You support accurate and timely financial reporting in line with IQVIA SOPs, US GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley, and local statutory and tax requirements, in close collaboration with Global Finance Shared Services (GFSS) and other global teams. You act as a key business partner to local and global stakeholders, ensuring that financial processes, outputs, and decisions are aligned with regulatory requirements and business needs. While core transactional accounting, reporting, and compliance activities are delivered by GFSS, this role ensures strong local oversight, coordination, and stakeholder alignment. What you will do: Financial control, reporting & compliance: - Provide local oversight of financial reporting delivered by GFSS, focusing on alignment with local statutory and tax requirements and escalating any discrepancies or issues. - Review monthly close and statutory reporting outputs delivered by GFSS, challenging and escalating issues as needed to ensure compliance with local statutory and tax requirements.
