Job description

Manager, Field Distribution Position Profile: Ensures order fulfillment for all equipment orders for Direct customer orders in a standalone configuration center warehouse location. Establishes performance standards and monitors the performance of all personnel involved in the configuration center (CC) and delivery operations. Schedules the order flow and volume of orders released through the configuration process to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction. Responsible for all inventory released to the configuration center operation. Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Responsible for managing and overseeing all functions within the configuration center warehouse. - Plans and manages all activities to ensure work is completed to meet operational goals. - Ensures warehouse personnel are properly trained in all tasks and duties. - Participates in the budget process and maintains responsibility for achieving and maintaining P&L cost control. - Develops and supports work-related cost control, productivity, and quality standards for assigned functional areas. - Ensures all OSHA, C-TPAT, company safety and security standards, and LEAN initiatives are adhered to. - Effectively recruits,...
