Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Senior Real Estate Investment Analyst evaluates real estate investment and development opportunities to support organizational growth and economic development. This role performs financial analysis, market research, and due diligence to inform investment decisions and provides recommendations to leadership on real estate strategy and portfolio performance. Primary Tasks: Conduct financial analysis and underwriting for real estate investments, including acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects, utilizing financial modeling tools such as discounted cash flow (DCF), return on investment (ROI), and internal rate of return (IRR). Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate investment scenarios, including sensitivity analyses and risk-adjusted return projections to support executive decision-making. Utilize Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and market research to analyze spatial, demographic, and economic data to identify site selection opportunities and support real estate investment decisions.
