Your place here: We’re looking for a Hardware Sourcer (Contract) to join our Talent Team at MatX. This role is a contract role, but an exceptional performer could transition to a full-time role. You’ll be directly responsible for identifying and engaging exceptional engineering and hardware talent. You’ll partner directly with hiring managers to hone in on needs, to fill the talent pipeline with the right talent to propel MatX forward. What You’ll Do Here: - Hire and source for specialized Semiconductor and Hardware engineering roles that span product development cycle from architecture to various functional engineering roles, including design, validation, testability, silicon physical design, system hardware design, infrastructure-as-code, customer support, and product deployment - Previous experience sourcing for ASIC, SOC, Silicon Design, Silicon Architecture, Security and Verification highly preferred - Hire for specialized Semiconductor and Hardware engineering roles supporting AI silicon, ASIC, SOC,...
