What You’ll Be Doing: ✅ Billing & Invoicing: Generate invoices, addendum billings, and credit memos for rental contracts, shows, and sales while verifying approvals, tax application, damage waivers, and credit status. ✅ System & GL Posting: Enter AR invoices into the accounting system, verify account coding accuracy, and post transactions to the general ledger. ✅ Collections Oversight: Review AR aging reports and oversee collection activities, including follow-up on problem accounts. ✅ Credit Management: Manage the credit application process and recommend appropriate credit limits and terms. ✅ Month-End Support: Assist with month-end close related to AR procedures and review reconciliations prepared by the AR team. ✅ Customer File Maintenance: Ensu...
