Inventory Warehouse Supervisor

Job description

Primary Responsibilities: - Ensure on-time delivery of all orders at the lowest cost while meeting customer expectations. - Lead and support the Inventory/Warehouse team to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations. - Maintain accurate inventory levels to support production, shipping schedules, and working capital goals. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality, Engineering, Sales, and HSE teams. - Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all NOV policies, quality standards, and HSE requirements. Job Duties: - Supervise daily warehouse and inventory operations, including receiving, storage, picking, shipping, and material flow. - Oversee material receiving, inspection, discrepancy resolution, and timely receipt into the Omega ERP system. - Coordinate material planning with manufacturing and purchasing to proactively meet production demands. - Manage consumable inventory and create procurement requisitions as required. - Implement inventory controls for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods, including sub-inventory structures and locators. - Conduct and oversee cycle counts and physical inventories; investigate and resolve di...
