Title: Recruiter Reporting to: Talent Acquisition Manager: *Candidate will have a Hybrid schedule if located near RLB Office* Overview of Role: The Recruiter plays a pivotal role in advancing the company ’ s mission by strategically attracting, selecting, and hiring top-tier technical talent for the construction consulting industry, including sectors such as data centers, aviation, healthcare, and hospitality. As a key member of the team, the Senior Recruiter leverages diverse channels – including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to source and attract candidates.
