Description Summary: Financial Recovery Rep 2s will manage a portfolio of substandard Business Banking loans, working with customers, attorneys and liquidators to gently exit borrowers unable to maintain their relationship with HNB. Duties and Responsibilities: - Develops a litigation and or liquidation strategy on classified (financial Recovery-managed) loans up to $250M to minimize losses on a Business Banking portfolio - Presents a summary of action plans to resolve the problem loans to FRG senior management specific to exit strategies - Analyzes financial plans, negotiates loan collection or restructuring, and recommends/oversees litigation, liquidation to reduce exposure - Identifying appropriate risk ratings, accrual status and losses, address workout scenarios, communicates data driven results to upper management in a time sensitive environment - Adheres to bank policies and procedures and complies with legal and regulatory requirements - Accountable for risk management, compliance and audit performance for area(s) of responsibility whether a supervisor, manager or individual contributor - Establishes or works with management to develop effective controls and processes to en...
