The Opportunity: As a People Experience Partner (maternity cover), you will join our People team at a key moment of growth. You will be our resident HiBob expert , helping us run and continuously improve the systems and processes that shape the ANYbotics employee experience. In this role, you will work on our People systems and workflows with HiBob at the core, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the entire employee lifecycle. You will also manage incoming People Ops requests, collaborating closely with employees, managers, and external providers to ensure a seamless and high-quality experience.
