INTERNAL MOBILITY SPECIALIST (RECRUITING) The internal mobility role is an integral part of the recruiting team, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure employees have the opportunity to find the next step in their career. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Independently assess each internal applicant against the job requirements, using discretion to determine if they are good fit for the role - Develop accurate job postings and descriptions, ensuring they properly reflect the needs of the role - Evaluate skills and qualifications of internal candidate and identify other opportunities within the company that might be an appropriate fit - Lead and actively participate in interview debriefs - Counsel hiring managers to guide the best hiring decision for their team and the company - Analyze and consolidate interview feedback; package the feedback to internal candidates in a constructive manner - Independent...
