Job description

JOB SUMMARY: Reporting to the Director of Student Support Services (SSS), the Student Services Program Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of student programs or service areas. This position develops and coordinates academic workshops, academic coaching/mentoring, and individual/group advising sessions to help students reach and maintain satisfactory academic standing and persist/complete their undergraduate degree. Assists with supporting the goals of the Student Success unit in alignment with the Federal TRIO grant objectives.
