onsemi is seeking a highly motivated Waferfab Operator to join the Manufacturing Operations Team. The role of the Manufacturing Specialist is primarily to load wafers into production equipment, verify product specs against equipment settings, monitor equipment operation, monitor process pace/productivity, and recognize when something is out of adjustment. Night Shift 1: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, every other Saturday 6:30 PM-7:00 AM 15% night shift differential Requirements: - Responsible for setting up and operating tools to process wafers through the applicable stage in the manufacturing process. - Responsible for using analytic and deductive skills to determine the best strategies for processing those wafers through their tool, including when to perform tool changeovers; ability to communicate with internal customers and team members to make the best decisions for maximum factory productivity. - Responsible for making minor corrections to the process and equipment and for recognizing when a technician or engineer is needed, in addition to making suggestions for improvement to productivity. - Computer/Software-related tasks such as process diagnosis and interpretation using Statist...
