PAY RATE: $14.45 per hour – High School/College Freshman or Sophomore / $16.17 per hour – College Junior or Senior / $18.80 per hour – College Graduate Studies Eligible part-time employees will receive up to a $5.75 per hour retention bonus for all hours worked from Memorial Day through Labor Day. GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES : Under the direction of District Interpretive Services Supervisor or the Farm Center Interpretive Supervisor, this position will observe, help and eventually present public programs or portions of programs, learn front line registrations and speaking with visitors. This position may learn best practices in animal care, trail work, gardening and invasive species removal. This position performs a variety of professional and technical duties related to interpretive programs and operation of nature centers, farms, and museums for assigned district.
