Position Overview: The Financial Model Developer will design, build, validate, and maintain the high-performance cash flow models and supporting calculation library used across the Investments and Capital Markets (I&CM) division. This role supports Freddie Mac’s retained portfolio, interest-rate hedging, and securitization activities by delivering scalable, fault-tolerant, and well-governed quantitative models for valuation, risk management, and financial capital forecasting. Our Impact: The Investments and Capital Markets (I&CM) division is responsible for managing the retained portfolio, as well as Freddie Mac’s debt funding, liquidity management, and interest-rate hedging.
