Position Highlights: - Position: Clinical Nurse Coordinator - Location: Glenbrook Hospital - Full Time/Part Time: Full Time, Evening (3pm-11pm) and Night Shift ( 7pm-7am) Rotation - Hours: 40, M-F with Rotating Weekends and Holidays - On Call - As Needed - Required Travel: N/A What you will need: - License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the state of IL required. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s degree preferred - Certification: BLS/CPR certification required - Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in appropriate clinical setting required; Prior management experience preferred - Skills: N/A What you will do: - Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience - Manage day to day clinical operations and unit workflow/throughput - Would assume direct patient care if necessary - Be accountable for the outcomes of care for patients in a specific clinical care area(s) - Guide and direct a team of care-givers in providing high quality, individualized care to...
