Job Description: Permian Resources (NYSE: PR) is currently seeking an Artificial Lift Specialist reporting to the Production Foreman in San Angelo, Texas. This position will be responsible for analyzing and improving operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce cost, and maximize production output. The ideal candidate will have strong technical as well as communication skills and be able to contribute his/her expertise while working on multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced environment. General Responsibilities: Collect and analyze data related to production to identify inefficiencies and areas of improvement. Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational workflows, enhance productivity, and reduce operational cost. Continuously monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics to track the effectiveness of optimization initiatives. Prepare and present detailed reports on optimization efforts, including analysis, findings, and recommendations to the production team.
