Job DetailsJob Location: Samena Club - Bellevue, WA 98007Position Type: Part TimeSalary Range: $20.00 - $29.00 HourlyTravel Percentage: NoneJob Summary Under the supervision of the Aquatic Director and Aquatics Program Manager, a swim instructor will teach group lessons to students aged 2-13 and follow Samena’s swim curriculum. Swim instructors will use their swimming knowledge, along with the knowledge given to them during instructor training to ensure a fun and safe swimming environment for all students. Available Shifts: 4-7pm Mondays and Wednesdays 4-7pm Tuesdays 4-7pm Thursdays 10am-12pm Saturdays 9:30-10am Saturdays (Parent/Tot Instructor) Typical Duties and Responsibilities: Teach swim lessons to the standard taught in instructor training Caution swimmers regarding unsafe practices and safety hazards in a friendly and helpful manner Follow emergency action plan and procedures established in the event of an emergency Maintain order in the pool and adjoining areas Provide excellent customer service to all members and guests using the facility Ensure safe, quality swim lessons for all assigned students Write quality reports cards for swim lesson students Other duties as assigne...
