Position Summary: The Inside Sales Specialist supports the Automation Solutions business by managing sales opportunities, customer inquiries, and lead development through virtual channels. This role partners closely with Outside Sales, Application Engineering, and internal teams to deliver quotations, manage opportunities in CRM, and drive revenue growth while improving customer satisfaction. This position plays a critical role in pipeline development, opportunity execution, and customer engagement, serving as a primary point of contact for assigned customers, partners, and incoming leads. Major Responsibilities: Sales, Prospecting & Lead Management - Conduct outbound cold calling and proactive outreach to identify new sales opportunities and develop pipeline - Manage incoming and outbound sales leads and assign or advance opportunities based on account ownership - Qualify inbound inquiries and outbound prospects and move opportunities through the sales funnel - Identify sales opportunities and support defined revenue and growth targets using a team‑based selling approach Quoting & Opportunity Execution: - Independently manage and execute small, transactional quotes by learning, ow...
