Job Title HVAC Building Engineer Job Description Summary: The HVAC Technician is responsible for the proper Operation and maintenance of all mechanical systems and equipment. This includes but is not limited to: chillers, cooling towers, fans, pumps, heat exchangers, ancillary support equipment, water treatment, controls and BMS/EMS. Job Description ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties may be assigned. Management also reserves the right to change or modify this position description from time to time to meet the needs of the site and/or building(s) QUALIFICATIONS: (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Education and/or Experience): - Perform maintenance and repairs to all mechanical equipment and systems. - Conduct building tours, maintain equipment loss, and report deficiencies for corrective action. - Respond to all HVAC trouble calls and troubleshoot the systems to meet the operational and comfort needs of the building(s) occupants, where applicable. - Be proficient ¡n the functionality of the BMS/EMS and understand the sequences required for proper building, equipment and system operations. - Work with engineers, contractors and consultants in evaluating the proper o...
