About Sensity Sensity is a not-for-profit organization providing services and programs to members of the deafblind community. We are recognized in Canada and around the world as a leader in the provision of Intervenor Services. The Access Intervenor Services (AIS) Coordinator is a part-time position responsible for coordinating, executing, and managing a variety of tasks within the AIS workflow software to facilitate requests for Intervenor Services from applicants. This position communicates with a wide range of stakeholders on an ongoing basis to support the effectiveness and success of the AIS process. Key Accountabilities: - Provide ongoing communication to stakeholders regarding AIS processes, timelines, and application status. Review and screen applications to ensure completeness and alignment with established AIS eligibility criteria. - Scheduling of Assessments - Coordinate meetings with Assessors as required and take minutes - Serve as the first point of contact for the application process and address questions from agencies and applicants - Monthly touchpoint meetings with Sensity and Ministry of Children’s, Community and Social Services - Monthly reporting to DBNO board...
