Through our training and consulting engagements, we help organizations dramatically improve throughput, reduce lead times, and increase profitability. The company operates globally with offices in Israel, Japan, India, Latin America, and North America. About the Role: This US-based role is the operational engine behind Goldratt Group's growth in North America and reports to the Director of Strategic Services. This role is expected to continue to build out and fill our introductory sessions led by the CEO and Directors through creating partnerships and building new relationships with associations nationwide. These sessions are what drive the Flow Solutions Workshops ( www.goldrattflow.com) and lead to long-term engagements for the company. You will also serve as the CEO's right hand while he is in the US; responsible for maximizing the impact of his time during monthly visits and keeping the growth pipeline moving when he is abroad.
