Job Overview Join TE Connectivity’s Maintenance Team supporting a high‑volume Manufacturing Facility, producing wire and cable products and compounds for wire and cable manufacturing for global distribution. This is a hands-on supervisory role, requiring rapid response to breakdowns, strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding, and the ability to lead and mentor maintenance technicians and apprentices. You will play a key part in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), continuous improvement initiatives, and driving site performance. Your new role: Health, Safety & Compliance - Promote and support a strong site health & safety culture - Identify hazards, ensure compliance, and drive timely closure of safety actions - Support Risk Assessment (RA) reviews and development of new RAs and COSHH Maintenance & Operations: - Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns, minimizing downtime - Perform and oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and routine servicing - Plan, coordinate, and prioritize PM schedules and corrective works - Act as the...
