Concierge/Valet/Receiving Dock – Luxury High-rise Condominium As a member of the Resident Services Department, the Concierge/Valet must have strong communication, telephone, and customer service skills, be detail-oriented, and able to multitask. In this position, you must have an approachable and friendly attitude, able to meet and greet residents, guests, and service providers. Able to recognize and react to emergency situations, monitor, and operate electronic security control systems and accurately maintain daily logs, records, and forms. Resident Services Department members are cross-trained to perform duties as concierge, valet parking vehicles, and receiving dock coordinator. Position Responsibilities: - Demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills. - Monitor emergency response systems. - Greet residents, guests, and invitees. - Ability to quickly remember and recall names and faces. - Monitor and control electronic security control systems. - Valet park a wide range of vehicles. - Respond to emergency situations in a timely and efficient manner. - Maintain daily log, records, and forms. - Resolve and follow up on complaint issues. - Follo...
