The Technical Control Analyst is responsible for analyzing, managing, and optimizing telecommunications circuits and network operations supporting mission-critical systems. This role exercises independent judgment in monitoring network performance, identifying and resolving degraded conditions, restoring disrupted communications, and implementing alternate routing strategies to maintain operational continuity.
