Position Overview: The firm is seeking a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with experience in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to lead the creation and growth of a new engineering department. This is a senior leadership position intended for an engineer who is excited to build a department from the ground up, establish standards and processes, and mentor future team members as the department expands in 2026 and beyond .
