Regions Hospital/RHSC is looking for a Supervisor, Training Program Administration. The Supervisor, Training Program Administration leads team members to support program coordination for students, residents and fellows, systems access, and payroll. This colleague is responsible for recruiting, hiring, training and fostering a culture of continuous development of team members to support trainee recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and graduation. This role works in partnership with Office of Health Professional Education leaders, education program leaders and coordinators, clinical departments, Human Resources, Information security & Technology and partner training programs.
