HWI has a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Non-Craft Welder. Summary: At HWI our Craft Welders’ support HWI’s mission and vision to drive industry performance and deliver quality results. This role is the core of our operations success. The Non Craft Welder is responsible for maintaining a clean & safe work environment as well as maintaining professional working relationships with co-workers. Job duties include all welding duties throughout the shop. Requirements: - Actively demonstrates and promotes safety and a safe work environment and holds their team accountable to drive a best in industry safety culture. - Audits and observes to ensure our product meets or exceeds quality standards. Owns Quality Control compliance for their assigned working area. - Responsible for all welding duties throughout the shop utilizing types of welders including but not limited to MIG welders, arc welders and plasma cutting torches to perform all aspects of welding duties both within the welding shop and throughout the - factory on an as needed basis. - Welds are typically performed using the Flux Core Arc Welding method and may be required to weld using the Shielded Metal Arc Welding met...
