What this job involves: Managing and maintaining a mix of Owned Properties and Leased Premises within NSW /NT region (or as allocated) on a day-to-day basis to support the service delivery functions of Tabcorp occupying the premises and ensuring compliance with performance expectations. The role will assume overall responsibility for site budgets, accounting and finance, maintenance and operations, contract services, purchasing of material, equipment & supplies, occupancy services and helpdesk.
