Job Description Summary ‎ Mosaic Health is seeking an Associate Vice President of Enterprise Platforms & Applications to lead the strategy, governance, and operational excellence of the enterprise technology portfolio that powers Mosaic's business and workforce. This is a senior technology leadership role responsible for a broad and consequential platform footprint spanning human capital management, financial systems, business applications, and enterprise service management. Reporting to the VP of Information Technology, the AVP leads a team of two Directors and a Senior Manager, each accountable for a distinct platform domain: Workday HCM, enterprise business applications (including Sage Financials and Basware), and ServiceNow. The AVP is the connective layer across these domains — ensuring architectural coherence, governance consistency, and strategic alignment with Mosaic’s rapidly evolving needs as a healthcare organization scaling through organic growth and acquisition.
