Global Supplier Management Lead Description -: Job Summary: The Global Supplier Management Lead is a people manager role accountable for leading a global team of Vendor Account Managers (VAMs) and ensuring strong supplier governance, commercial management, and performance oversight across an assigned supplier portfolio. This role owns supplier governance, commercial strategy, and contractual accountability , while operational execution remains with Supplier Operations and Delivery team. The role serves as the primary escalation point for supplier performance, commercial, and compliance matters, while driving cost optimization, risk management, and continuous improvement to deliver superior Customer Experience.
