As a Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) , you are a cornerstone in driving technical leadership and innovation within the Pega domain. You translate complex business challenges and requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions. Acting as a thought leader, you drive innovation, provide technical leadership across multiple squads, and shape the organization’s digital transformation roadmap. You are key for interaction with Business Stakeholders and Enterprise/Solution Architects to assess impact and drive Ideas to scalable solutions as per best practices of the Pega Platform. You serve as a guardian that these best practices are practiced amongst the implementation. Your responsibilities: - You guide multiple teams while challenging business stakeholders to align strategic objectives with the best technical solutions.
