We emphasize educating patients with diabetes on how to manage their disease. We’ve been recognized with the American Diabetes Association Education Recognition Certificate for our diabetes self-management education program. Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:30am-5:00pm: Summary: Answers patient inquiries over the telephone, assessing the severity of the patient's symptoms and medical needs according to triage algorithms.
