Summary The Chief Retail Banking Officer (CRBO) is Academy Bank’s Retail Banking business development and sales leader. The CRBO is responsible for the execution of the Bank’s retail strategy for the entire retail banking organization consisting of a network of over 80 banking center locations in five states. A successful CRBO is enthusiastic about driving growth, delivering excellent client service, strategic in developing and promoting bank products to individuals and businesses, focused on retaining clients, ethical in delivering core deposit and account growth, and passionate about creating an atmosphere that supports engaged Associates. Responsibilities: - Responsible for sales oversight and the results of the retail bank.
