Job description
At Cincinnati Children’s, Marketing & Communications is at the forefront of shaping how we tell our story, elevate our brand, and connect with patients and families - and this Specialist role plays a critical part in making that happen. In this role, you will help power the day-to-day operations of the department by managing budgets and vendor processes, coordinating key meetings and communications, and ensuring the team runs efficiently at scale. At the same time, you will contribute directly to marketing and communications efforts by owning the planning, execution and measurement of initiatives that drive awareness and reputation. Working closely with the Vice President, Marketing & Communications, you will gain exposure across strategy, operations, and execution—making this an ideal role for someone eager to learn, grow, and make an immediate impact in a fast-paced, highly visible environment. This position follows a hybrid work model, requiring a regular on-site presence of 2–3 days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely on remaining days.
