Description ________________________________________ Job Title: Senior Human Resources (HR) Generalist Location: Virginia Beach, VA: Reports to: Matrixed reporting to AOP Chief People Officer and JYI Dir Reg Operations FLSA Status: Exempt: ________________________________________ Position Summary: This position directly supports the daily operations of the human resources function within Jordan-Young Institute. This role focuses on recruitment, employee relations, regulatory compliance, and supporting clinical and administrative staff. The ideal candidate is experienced in healthcare HR, understands the demands of a clinical setting, and can navigate HR challenges with discretion and professionalism. This position operates in a busy orthopedic practice setting, with interaction with medical staff, patients, and practice leadership.
