Job description

Monitors and reacts to security situations, safety issues, illegal activities, internal procedural violations, and regulatory infractions. DIRECTLY SUPERVISES: None: KEY JOB FUNCTIONS: MUST MAINTAIN STRICT CONFIDENTIALITY AT ALL TIMES AS RELATED TO THE SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM AND OPERATION. Other duties may be assigned at any time. - Any information, knowledge of, or observance of activities that may have a diverse effect on the business, reputation of, safety of, or compliance of the property must be reported to the Surveillance Supervisor or Surveillance Shift Manager on duty and/or if necessary, the Director of Surveillance. - Observes monitor screens that transmit in sequence views of the Gaming facility and land-based sites. - Adjusts monitor controls when required to improve reception and notifies Surveillance Technician of equipment malfunctions. - Follows all instructions and assignments given by Surveillance Supervisor and Surveillance Shift Manager.
