Overview Savannah River Mission Completion (SRMC) is seeking a Manager, Shift Operations Defense Waste Processing Facility (DWPF) to be based in our Aiken, SC location on the Savannah River Site. This position is a senior leader responsible for managing safe and efficient facility operations on an assigned shift. Directs all aspects of DWPF operations while on duty by providing work direction and making decisions affecting the accomplishment of work objectives and activities while promoting and ensuring the safety of employees. The position has matrix responsibility for Maintenance, E&I, Work Control, Laboratory, Construction, QA, IH, Technical and HP personnel. Independently makes decisions regarding emergency actions and routine occurrences.
