Your job is more than a job The Clinical Process Improvement Specialist II leads multiple improvement projects concurrently, applying Lean and Six Sigma tools to reduce variation, eliminate waste, and enhance reliability of clinical processes. This role performs data analysis, leads root-cause investigations, facilitates improvement events, and develops sustainable solutions with measurable results. The Clinical Process Specialist II collaborates closely with leadership to support strategic initiatives and ensure standardization across departments. General Duties: - Lead medium-scale improvement projects, including project scoping, charter development, and execution - Conduct data analyses tests appropriate for Green Belt level Specialist (trend analysis, control charts, etc.) - Facilitate structured problem-solving activities with interdisciplinary teams - Lead workflow mapping, gap analyses, and redesign sessions - Identify improvement opportunities using data, audits, and observations - Develop and monitor project KPIs and outcome metrics - Implement standard work and support sustainment plans - Prepare and deliver progress reports, presentations, and recommendations to leadersh...
