Description As a Hotel Engineer II, you serve as an experienced maintenance professional responsible for independently diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining complex building systems. You are a key contributor to operational reliability, compliance, and team mentorship. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge who can work independently and lead projects. Key Responsibilities: - Advanced Maintenance & Systems Oversight - Independently troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and spa systems - Perform advanced diagnostics and system repairs - Lead preventive maintenance programs and ensure compliance documentation is maintained - Oversee daily hot tub chemical testing and regulatory compliance (where applicable) Operational Leadership: - Monitor and prioritize maintenance requests - Delegate tasks to Engineer I team members as appropriate - Assist with training and skill development of junior engineers - Support emergency response and after-hours repairs Vendor & Compliance Management: - Coordinate and oversee third-party vendors and service contractors - Ensure compliance with town codes, fire safety regulations, and brand standards - As...
