Associate Principal, Trust and Safety, GenAI

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 7 years of experience in data analytics, Trust & Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields. - 1 year of experience with GenAI technologies. Preferred qualifications: - Experience in SQL, building dashboards, data collection/transformation, visualization/dashboards, or experience in a scripting/programming language (e.g. Python). - Experience making business decisions, including identifying gaps or business needs, evaluating product launches, and innovating and scaling solutions. - Ability to handle multiple senior stakeholders, influencing safety strategy and operational execution at all levels. - Ability to think logically and work effectively in a fast-paced/constantly changing environment and to influence cross-functionally and cross-geographically with all levels of management. - Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) and the ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels.
